The Thinnai offers in accommodation 2 types which are One Bedroom Suites and Two Bedroom Suites. The One Bedroom Suites are categorised as Superior Suite - Vaalai, Deluxe Suite - Panai, and Luxury Suite, Thennai. The two Bedroom Suites are categorised as Superior Suite - Thaamarai, Deluxe Suite - Nelli, Presidential Suite - Mallihai.

The rooms come with air-conditioning, a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a safety deposit box, free Wifi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Selected rooms are fitted with a kitchen with a microwave, an oven and a toaster.
