Jetwing Colombo Seven has 91 rooms and 7 serviced apartments. 54 Deluxe and 16 Super Deluxe Rooms, 21 Studio rooms, 5 two bedroomed service apartments and 2 three bedroomed service apartments. The hotel offers predominantly deluxe double rooms which are spacious and some slightly larger studio rooms. They all are very stylish, contemporary, calming with king sized beds. All offer views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows. A few deluxe rooms have freestanding tubs as well as rain showers. Rooms have satellite TVs, central air-conditioning, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The Studio Rooms additionally have a sitting area and a kitchenette with a cooker and microwave oven.

The serviced apartments have the option of two and three bedrooms in each unit. The apartments compromise a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave oven and electric hob. The apartments come complete with king sized beds, TV with satellite channels and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.
