Your adventure begins by sailing on a local catamaran into the sea off Negombo, against the backdrop of a glorious sunrise, and learning the traditional methods of catching prawns and small fish in the shallow waters.
After an hour’s sail, return to the shore and hop on a tuk-tuk to visit Negombo’s fish market, known as the ‘Lellama’, where you can witness fishermen selling their day’s catch.
