The beautifully designed hotel is a perfect location to visit nearby Galle, whilst having a sense of peace and quiet away from the town. The hotel’s gardens run right up to the beach, which makes relaxing on a sun lounger with a book a very enjoyable experience.

The food here is divine, everything from the salads to the breakfast is done with such care and attention. The staff at Kahanda Kanda are superb. Incredibly friendly, always attentive. always sincere and smiling and always accommodating.

This boutique hotel in Galle offers four different types of rooms namely Ocean Deluxe Double, Ocean Suite, Ocean Penthouse and Ocean Penthouse Suite, all of which have private furnished balconies and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
