3 primary methods are used to address your wellness needs – Ayurveda, yoga and meditation. 

Ayurveda in Sri Lanka, has been in practice for over 5,000 years. It has been a sought after source of treatment, as it gives importance to the maintenance of health as well as the curing of a disease. It focuses on removing the disease from its root rather than suppressing the disease as some other treatments do. Ayurveda treatments have also proven to be an excellent way to address weight gain, bad diet or poor sleep issues.

Another curative method proven over time is Yoga.
