Fairway Colombo offers 181 rooms in 5 room categories and 2 suites. The purple-carpeted rooms share similar amenities such as: plush beds, smart televisions, safes, fridges, and bathrooms with rain showers. Free WiFi access, motion-activated sensor-driven temperature controls, and the ease of viewing your bills utilizing their in-room IPTV systems.

The entry level rooms are compact spaces with king-sized or twin beds. There are also triple and family rooms (two king beds /one king and two twins) with microwaves, and suites with separate living/dining areas. Fairway also caters for differently abled clients too.

As Fairway Colombo is conveniently located, it’s accessible to many popular eateries, bars and shopping malls. The hotel serves as a central point for many of Sri Lanka’s nightclubs and casinos.
